Parenting Conference

Join us for the very first Art of Parenting Conference! This conference will give you tools, practices, and insight that will help in your parenting whether you have a baby or a senior in high school. Here are some quick details about the conference:

Friday, March 6 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Saturday, March 7 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Cost is $50 / person
Childcare for kids birth to 5th grade is provided

Light breakfast and coffee provided on Saturday morning

Friday Night: Raising Emotionally Strong Kids led by David Thomas, L.M.S.W. He’s the Executive Director of Daystar Counseling Ministries in Nashville, TN, co-author of 11 books, and co-host of the Raising Boys & Girls podcast. You can see more at www.raisingboysandgirls.com

Saturday Morning: We will have one main session and two breakout sessions focusing on Discipleship: how to help guide your kids and teenagers towards Jesus and Discipline: how to discipline, when to discipline, and how to set boundaries. Additionally, we will have two intentional topics: how to talk to your kids about sex and how to navigate technology. These sessions and breakouts will be taught a variety of different staff from Hope Church.
