Hope Christian Prep | Weekday Preschool | Playground Assistant

Congregation: Hope Church Las Vegas

Job Type: Part-Time

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience working with preschool aged children, in a classroom setting.
  • Ability to portray Bible Curriculum effectively
  • Understanding of appropriate development for ages 2 through 6

Job Expectations:

  • Develop and implement age appropriate, weekly lesson plans
  • Submit weekly lesson plans each Friday by 12:00pm
  • Implement lesson plans effectively
  • Monitor playground cleanliness and safety
  • Direct students during motor skills time
  • Maintain proper classroom management as it pertains to schedule and safety
  • Communicate clearly with students
  • Communicate with parents through Class Dojo, as needed
  • Obtain Childcare Licensing background check prior to start date
  • Obtain First Aid/CPR Certification prior to start date
  • Obtain Negative Tuberculin skin test prior to start date
  • Secure Nevada Registry Membership within 90 days
  • Maintain 24 hours of required CEU Training annually
  • Commit to the full school year
  • Monitor and respond to Hope Church emails appropriately

  • Committed to Discipleship
Preferred:
  • Early childhood training
  • License Teacher through Nevada Registry
