Hope Christian Prep Pre-K Teacher
Congregation: Hope Church Las Vegas
Job Type: Part-Time
Hours: 8:00am-12:30pm
Requirements:
- Minimum, two years of classroom experience
- Preferred, ECE or ELEM Education Degree
- Ability to teach Bible Curriculum effectively
- Understanding of appropriate development for ages 2 through 6
Ability to:
- Develop and implement age appropriate, weekly lesson plans
- Create and submit weekly lesson plans each Friday by 12:00 pm
- Lead a classroom assistant
- Maintain proper classroom management as it pertains to schedule and safety
- Communicate clearly with students and parents
- Obtain Childcare Licensing background check prior to start date
- Obtain First Aid/CPR Certification prior to start date
- Obtain Negative Tuberculin skin test prior to start date
- Secure Nevada Registry Membership within 90 days
- Maintain 24 hours of required CEU Training annually
- Commit to the full school year
- Monitor and respond to Hope Church emails appropriately
