The Life of A
Jesus Follower
On the shore of the Sea of Galilee, Jesus invited his first disciples to take a journey that would change their lives. He invited them onto this journey with 2 two simple words: “Follow me (Mark 1:17).” When Jesus spoke these words, what did He mean? He was not offering an invitation to a destination, rather it was an invitation to a relationship and an invitation to a certain way of life that would radically transform those early disciples and every person He’s invited to follow Him since. What was true then is true today. Christianity is not a religion, but a relationship with Jesus which results in radical life change. The life of a Jesus follower is all about relationships!
