“and you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might.” – Mark 12:30
“Lift with all your might!” This is the cry of people lifting something that takes more than just a little effort. This passage speaks of a Jesus-follower that gives his all, including the portion of strength he has been holding back. God wants us to love without holding back. God isn’t asking us to love 80%. That’s not all our might. We love God with every ounce of our being and with every resource we have at our disposal. Whether we are singing, working, speaking, exercising, or whatever we do, we do it with all our might to the glory of God.
Take a few moments and write down areas of your life where you can surrender over to God so that you can yield everything to Him.
