One of the relationships that marks the life of a Jesus follower is a relationship with the world. These are people who don’t know God at all. Because of this fact, the world will often be at odds with what and who we believe is Truth. The thing is, when you share the Gospel, it is actually Him pressing His life and love out through you so it is Him the world hates. Still, for some reason, we often hesitate to share the very thing that brings hope to the lost and hurting because we would rather be liked. We are in a time where the truth of God’s Word needs to far outweigh our desire to be liked. Jesus will give you the courage and the covering you need if you ask Him to.
