"If someone says, "I love God," and hates his brother, he is a liar; for the one who does not love his brother whom he has seen, cannot love God whom he has not seen. And this commandment we have from Him, that the one who loves God should love his brother also." - 1 John 4:20-21

The life of a Jesus follower is all about relationships. It is not only about our relationship with God and the world, but following Jesus is also about a relationship with other believers. It is because you have a relationship with God, that you now have a relationship with God’s family. But sometimes our spiritual family can be difficult and relationships can be unhealthy. The reality is, you cannot say that you love God while simultaneously hating your family in Christ. If this occurs, you are not only deceiving others, but you yourself are also being deceived. Pursue reconciliation with your brothers and sisters in Christ today if necessary.

Do you have any relationships within the family of God that need to be made right?
