We are excited to walk with you as you step into the next level of your leadership journey. Building on the foundation laid in GLD 101, 201, and 301, GLD 401 is designed to help you go deeper, not just in what you do as a leader, but in who you are as a leader.

This training focuses on “What’s My Style: Identifying and Strengthening My Leadership & Character.” You will gain clarity on your personal leadership style, discover how God has uniquely wired you to lead, and learn how to strengthen your character so your leadership flows from a healthy and Christ-centered life.

GLD 401 will help you understand why knowing your leadership style matters, explore biblically grounded leadership patterns, and equip you with practical ways to grow, refine, and lead with greater intentionality and impact. As you grow in self-awareness and spiritual maturity, you will also be better prepared to partner with others and develop leaders who will follow in your footsteps.
