Baby Dedication

Baby Dedication is the first milestone marker for a family as part of Next Gen Ministries at Hope Church. This event is an intentional time for families to present and dedicate their children to and before the Lord.

We know that from Scripture that Jesus loves children. Like when he told the disciples to let the little children come to me. When  he began to bless children. When he told a crowd that in order to inherit the kingdom of heaven, one must become like little children and have a childlike faith. 

We see dedications of children in Scripture and we desire to follow in that same example here at Hope Church. Kids and families will be honored, celebrated, encouraged, and prayed over in this special event. Our prayer is that this milestone event helps lay a foundation within families for children to be raised to know and love God and one day, submit and trust their lives to Jesus and become a Jesus Follower.
