Since Hope Church began, we have always shouldered the responsibility of teaching through a Teaching Team. Our teaching team includes multiple pastors, some who regularly teach and others who provide invaluable help with study and content for the preaching ministry of Hope Church. Each of our teaching pastors have a unique teaching gift and communication style.
We desire the preaching ministry to be more about the message than the messenger. We believe a teaching team at all our congregations allows us the greatest opportunity to demonstrate that desire.
Our Teaching Team plans and studies for messages together. This approach strengthens our teaching ministry by providing shared ownership, balanced perspective, spiritual refreshment, and development opportunities.
